Every night, NexusPlan sorts each student's assignments into four buckets: Danger Zone, Quick Wins, Deep Focus, and Everything Else. It ranks your students by what's due this week, work that keeps getting pushed back, and how long things take, and writes talking points for each one.

In the session
The student opens their buckets, and the Workload Radar shows how the week's work spreads out before each due date. The session goes to talking through the plan: why the lab report sits in Deep Focus, and whether the week fits.

The student plans the next days alone on the same page. The tutor keeps private notes and a log of what's been tried, ready for next time.

Thursday night, Sam checks the week alone.
Sam opens the Workload Radar. The suggested plan spreads the lab report and the history reading across the free time before each due date, and the bars show each day's work by class. When the forecast says 40 minutes won't fit, Sam starts the lab report on Thursday. Next week the tutor sees the same radar.
